Mark utilises his global experience to expand the CommuniCloud Group into new markets, new locations and new opportunities. He establishes and maintains strong relationships with our key vendors and technology partners, whilst working closely with CommuniCloud country managers to ensure there is brand, product portfolio and sales consistency within our group of companies all around the world. Mark collaborates seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to build our global account strategy, facilitating business sales and customer retention. All of this is underpinned by his passion for developing high-performing teams and strong work cultures.

Joining CommuniCloud Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge from his 15+ years in the Telecommunications & Systems Integrator industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Working for the likes of BT, Gen-i, Telstra & Optus Business, he has spanned most industry verticals such as Retail, Travel, FSI, Healthcare, Education and both Federal and Local Government. In addition to overseeing the company's data, security, maintenance, and network Stephen's role is to examine short and long-term technology needs, manage R&D and set technical strategy for the company.
Takeshi oversees the entire CommuniCloud operation in Japan. He brings a wealth of local knowledge in the region, coupled with over 15 years of telecommunications experience. An all-rounder, Takeshi has strong sales, technical and marketing skills, ensuring he can drive growth. Having held leadership roles in multiple global companies, Takeshi is a high achiever with a strong work ethic and a exceptional people management. A great communicator, he also manages high-level customer and partner relationships, whilst working seamlessly with other CommuniCloud offices all over the world.
Noel brings over 20 years of experience in Telecoms and IT to Communicloud in his new role as country manager for UK and Ireland. His extensive experience managing teams of account managers and accounts in FTSE 100 and SME accounts across a diverse portfolio of products, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the collaboration market ideally positions him to lead our expansion into the European market. Noel joins the Communicloud Executive team with a background in global & domestic deployments of SaaS, Collaboration, Unified Comms, ICT, Network & Security. His extensive 20 years of experience with one of the world’s biggest network and IT services providers make him a valuable asset to both Communicloud and our customers as we continue our global expansion.
Mithun is a seasoned cyber security professional. His technical skills, relationship building, and most of all going above & beyond to help both internal and external customers is outstanding. Part of his role involves designing and implementing network and cloud security solutions. He plays an important role in planning & carrying out security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks for our customers.

She has always been interested in how patient data is utilized in order for medical practitioners, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to work efficiently and effectively. This data is increasingly valuable, and methods of storage and distribution can leave it vulnerable. Fiona has a practical and in depth understanding of the need to balance accessibility of data for excellent patient care with security against accidental disclosure or malicious intrusion. She is passionate that patient data should be readily available to those staff that require it and are authorized to access it, while being protected from those individuals or organisations that are not. Her medical experience and qualifications are complemented by cybersecurity certification.
Dan manages and maintains the relationships with our top clientele! She is primarily looking after the C3 and British Telecom channel relationships include all escalations related to the BT account as well as managing the relationship with our top priority customers.
