Our SOC-as-a-Service (Security Operations Centre) and SIEM (Security Incident Event Management) protects your organisation on a 24x7 basis using our purpose-built technology stack and CyberSOC analysts to monitor, detect, and conduct threat hunting for known and unknown attacks in your environment. With our SOCaaS and SIEM solutions, you save on costs by bringing together all your important security tools in one place. Instead of disparate solutions, using the power of Elastic, we provide you with a “single pane of glass” using our cloud-based SOC and SIEM platform.

We take care of looking for malicious threats, malware, ransomware, and software vulnerabilities. The service includes human-based responses, asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, behaviour monitoring, log management, and cloud-based SIEM (Security Incident Event Management).

At the heart of our service is our advanced cloud-based SIEM, complete with set-up, tuning, maintenance, monitoring, and staffing. Leveraging big data and machine learning, we get real-time insight, unlimited policy customisation, logging, alerts, and dedicated personnel to fend off false positives and provide critical Incident Detection. When detected, incidents are addressed immediately, day or night.

Glenn Makowski

Managing Director
Glenn's leadership is a driving force behind our business. He uses his wealth of experience in telecommunications and cyber security to define CommuniCloud's overall strategy, as well as determining which solutions are right for us. His role involves technical evaluation, understanding usability, and highlighting service benefits to our customers. Glenn works with key team members to set process, policy and procedures, and engages partners and manufactures to strengthen our position globally. Above all, he's dedicated to helping our team deliver a world-class service.

Mark Dover

GM & Director of Sales - NEA/SEA
Mark utilises his global experience to expand the CommuniCloud Group into new markets, new locations and new opportunities. He establishes and maintains strong relationships with our key vendors and technology partners, whilst working closely with CommuniCloud country managers to ensure there is brand, product portfolio and sales consistency within our group of companies all around the world. Mark collaborates seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to build our global account strategy, facilitating business sales and customer retention. All of this is underpinned by his passion for developing high-performing teams and strong work cultures.

Stephen Hill

Chief Technology Officer
Joining CommuniCloud Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge from his 15+ years in the Telecommunications & Systems Integrator industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Working for the likes of BT, Gen-i, Telstra & Optus Business, he has spanned most industry verticals such as Retail, Travel, FSI, Healthcare, Education and both Federal and Local Government. In addition to overseeing the company's data, security, maintenance, and network Stephen's role is to examine short and long-term technology needs, manage R&D and set technical strategy for the company.

Dr Fiona Makowski

Head of Health Care Security Practice
Fiona has over 20 years of experience working as a doctor in the NHS in the UK, and in the public and private sectors in Australia. She has always been interested in how patient data is utilised in order for medical practitioners, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to work efficiently and effectively. This data is increasingly valuable, and methods of storage and distribution can leave it vulnerable. Fiona has a practical and in depth understanding of the need to balance accessibility of data for excellent patient care with security against accidental disclosure or malicious intrusion. She is passionate that patient data should be readily available to those staff that require it and are authorised to access it, while being protected from those individuals or organisations that are not. Her medical experience and qualifications are complemented by the HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) cyber security certification. Fiona works very closely with the Tier 2 and 3 Security Analysts in CommuniCloud to understand how technical challenges affect the overall consultancy engagement.

Noel Miland

Country Manager, UK & IRELAND
Noel brings over 20 years of experience in Telecoms and IT to Communicloud in his new role as country manager for UK and Ireland. His extensive experience managing teams of account managers and accounts in FTSE 100 and SME accounts across a diverse portfolio of products, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the collaboration market ideally positions him to lead our expansion into the European market. Noel joins the Communicloud Executive team with a background in global & domestic deployments of SaaS, Collaboration, Unified Comms, ICT, Network & Security. His extensive 20 years of experience with one of the world’s biggest network and IT services providers make him a valuable asset to both Communicloud and our customers as we continue our global expansion.

Takeshi Fukuda

President of CommuniCloud Japan
Takeshi oversees the entire CommuniCloud operation in Japan. He brings a wealth of local knowledge in the region, coupled with over 15 years of telecommunications experience. An all-rounder, Takeshi has strong sales, technical and marketing skills, ensuring he can drive growth. Having held leadership roles in multiple global companies, Takeshi is a high achiever with a strong work ethic and a exceptional people management. A great communicator, he also manages high-level customer and partner relationships, whilst working seamlessly with other CommuniCloud offices all over the world.
