Cloud Collaboration Sales Specialist at Cisco
Maarten is a Cisco veteran who joined the company is 2004 as an account manager in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Together with his wife and two children, Maarten moved to Sydney 10 years ago to join the ANZ Collaboration team. As a Collaboration sales specialist he has had different responsibilities varying from supporting the Commercial and Enterprise sales teams to product managing Cisco’s Business Edition UC platforms and leading a team of sales specialists in the SMB- and Mid-Market segment. In 2019 Maarten joined the Cloud & Hosted Calling team which is effectively the ex-Broadsoft organisation, the company that Cisco acquired three years ago. This team has been responsible for launching the Webex Calling platform in the ANZ market and has had great success doing so. Webex Calling has become a mature and feature rich cloud telephony solution with global adoption across the SMB, Commercial, Enterprise and Public Sector segments.
Chief Technology Officer at CommuniCloud
Stephen was appointed to the role of Chief Technology and Operations Officer in February 2020. Overseeing new expansions into markets and evolving new technological capabilities, Stephen developed a passion for cyber security and has made significant progress in this field.
Stephen was recruited to CommuniCloud based on his fervent desire to help companies grow and improve their security posture. Most recently, Stephen has recognised the dire need for businesses to bolster their cyber defences and most importantly, insider threat. Stephen has more than 18 years of experience in the unified communications and technology sectors, giving him extensive experience in leading some of the biggest IP Telephony & Unified Communications deployments within Australia and globally. He has a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) from the University of Northumbria.
